Step 1: Preliminary Ventilation Design

We provide early product selection advice, cost estimates, and whole-life cost analysis to help manage budgets and deliver value. For existing buildings, we survey and adapt existing systems to meet new requirements with minimal structural changes.
Step 2: Detailed Ventilation Design
In this phase, Vent Supply finalizes all details, including visual aesthetics, weather tightness, fire protection coordination, and installation methodology. Correct sizing and placement of products are key to avoid clashes with other elements. We ensure designs meet safety standards, prevent water ingress, and account for fire safety. Installation processes are carefully planned to avoid issues during construction.
Step 3: Engineering
Vent Supply handles all mechanical, seismic, and structural design aspects, ensuring systems meet airflow and safety standards. We use proprietary tools to quickly assess product suitability and provide performance certifications. Our shop drawings include structural details, and we provide certified PS1s for all designs. Seismic considerations are integrated to ensure safety during earthquakes.
Step 4: Construction Monitoring
Vent Supply actively participates in the construction process with pre-start meetings, site visits, and quality checks during installation. We assist with site measurements and address any on-site changes. Post-installation, we conduct performance testing and certification to ensure systems meet compliance and function as intended.
